Monica stood in front of the camera for the first time at the age of 6. She became a child movie star: “The little place”, “Holidays for a Dog”, “Yellow Flower”, “A Piece of Heaven”, “Men’s Ride”, “We All Have to Go to School”, “John and the Three Enchanted Princesses”, etc. After after studying at the Conservatory, she joined the Semafor Theater and played in the movies: “Shadows and Whispers of the Lake”, “Waiting for Patrick”, “Controller’s Control”, “Who’s Haunting the Tower”, “Journey to the Country You”, “Escape from the Series”, “Dear friends, yes”, etc. and series: “Panopticon of the City of Prague” or “Sins for Father Knox”. In 1993 she traveled to the USA and from there to India and later to Spain and began to focus more on visual arts. After returning to Europe, she mainly starred in international movies alongside Lorenzo Lamas, Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightly, Cara Delevingne, Gérard Depardieu, Mackenzie Crook, and collaborated with Ridley Scott’s production in advertising. She has been living in the Czech Republic since 2016 and, in addition to visual arts and design, is also involved in screenwriting and directing.
